We want you to love your Brenfield teapot. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
How to start a return
Email support@brenfield.co with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send you instructions and a return address within 1–2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us at support@brenfield.co with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.
Return shipping costs
Unless your item arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Non-returnable situations
Items returned outside the 30-day window, or items that show signs of use or damage not caused by us, may not be eligible for a refund. We'll always let you know before declining a return.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days of approval, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@brenfield.co.
